474. From Low To High | How Frequency Impacts Your Health and Happiness

Mike Parsons

Frequency, by its very nature, has an impact on our bodies and every aspect of our lives because everything is constantly vibrating. Take love, for instance—it is considered a very high frequency. When you engage with love, it can raise your own frequency and entrain you to operate at that higher level, bringing you into harmony with love itself. The result is a state of resonance that benefits your entire being.

Conversely, when the body is dominated by anger, unforgiveness, or similar negative emotions, it operates at a lower frequency. These low frequencies attract more of the same and bring you into agreement with them, which can potentially lead to disease. Disease, after all, is simply a state in which one’s system is out of ease—out of rest and harmony. This is how frequency affects us in a very practical way.

Scientifically, frequency is just the rate at which something vibrates. For example, tuning musical note A to 444Hz means the entire musical scale operates on a specific set of frequencies. There is a wealth of information online about this—my friend Del Hungerford, a concert musician and music professor, has written extensively on frequencies and how they relate to solfeggio scales and similar concepts.

Tuning standards have changed over time. In recent years, some Christian musicians have started tuning to 432Hz or 444Hz, each producing distinct energetic properties when engaged with. Personally, I found that when our musicians made this adjustment, I experienced a deeper connection with the songs, and my whole being resonated in a way that felt more harmonious and in tune with God.

When I first began consistently accessing heaven in 2010, one of the first things God spoke to me about was frequency, harmony, and resonance—concepts that at first seemed to be ‘new age’, but turned out to carry much deeper significance. God also spoke about quantum physics, quantum entanglement, quantum tunnelling, and similar topics. Over time, I realised that understanding how God created the universe is rooted in both the mystical and the scientific—when God spoke, light responded, and reality was formed. This is echoed in quantum physics: the observer affects reality by observation, as demonstrated by experiments like the double-slit experiment.

It’s an area where science and spirituality converge, giving us insight into the creational dynamic God designed. For example, quantum entanglement demonstrates how two or more things, separated by immense physical distances, can be affected instantly and simultaneously. In the same way, when we are in heaven, our whole being—body, soul, and spirit—can be directly and instantly impacted by that connection.

468. Unlocking Intentions: The Power of Sound in Practice

Mike Parsons

Supernatural workshops

Back in 2011 and 2012, I held a number of supernatural workshops which were highly practical in nature. For example, we would do exercises such as closing your eyes and looking at your hand or observing the room—simple activities within a workshop environment where everyone was encouraged to practise. I’ve experimented with a variety of different approaches, including the use of crystal bowls and the unique frequencies they emit. We explored whether people could sense the intention carried on the frequency of the sound produced by a bowl, each of which operates at different sound wavelengths.

I organised workshops centred on this, and it was fascinating to observe that many participants were indeed able to pick up on the intention being conveyed through the sound. For instance, if I had a bowl in front of me and simply made a noise, it would just register as a sound to those present. However, when I played the sound with a specific intention—such as wishing for others to feel something—that vibration could be sensed in people’s bodies, and is  especially penetrating if the bowl was physically placed on them. The same wavelength of sound travelled throughout the room so that everyone could hear it, but the question was: could the sound wave also carry something deeper?

Decoding information

This phenomenon happens in scientific contexts all the time—we routinely send messages via airwaves, with information encoded on sound or frequencies, which are then decoded at the other end. Similarly, when I played the bowl with a particular intention, once participants quietened themselves and became receptive, they were increasingly able to pick up on that intention. I would play a sound, transmit an intention, and then invite everyone to sense what they felt.

For example, if I released an intention of peace, some people reported feeling calm or restful, using different words to describe what they were experiencing, but essentially referring to the intention I had sent. I experimented with releasing various frequencies to touch people, and as they received those frequencies, they could enter into a state of calm, peace, or rest. The sound itself became a sort of ‘bath’—something in which they could immerse themselves, feeling the vibration surrounding and penetrating them, bringing internal peace.

528Hz

I also used this technique with healing. Specifically, I played a crystal bowl resonating at the frequency of 528Hz, which is often associated with healing. I would embed an intention for healing in the sound and explain to the group that, rather than laying hands on them in prayer, they could receive healing at a distance if they were open to it. I pointed out that God can heal at a distance; even in scripture, Paul laid hands on cloths, which were then placed on people, resulting in healing—the cloth had effectively ‘carried’ an embedded frequency or intention.

Healing testimony

In the workshops, I encouraged people to tune in, open their hearts and being to receive the healing frequency and intention; if you don’t receive it, it simply passes you by. There was one man—a member of our therapeutic community at the time—who had suffered nerve damage that left one side of his body numb. When I released the healing frequency, he received it, and his testimony was that all the numbness had disappeared.

This demonstrates that it’s possible to practise and develop the ability to transmit and receive intention through sound and frequency with tangible results.

456. The Truth About New Age Practices

Mike Parsons

If you do not see the video above, please click here.

1. Misunderstandings Around Healing and Science

Now, Christians who would call this kind of thing new age often do not realise they are contradicting themselves. They will say the Bible supports healing—but as soon as you begin to explore how it might actually happen, they object. They treat it as if it is magic. And that is the issue: Christians who are not really tuned in tend to think, “Well, God just heals. It just happens.”

They are quite happy with the idea that it happens as if by magic, but as soon as you begin to explain the science—or the spiritual mechanics—they say, “Oh no, that is not faith. You should not be trying to work out how it happens.” But God did show us how it happens.

2. The Conflict with Traditional Beliefs

God literally showed me how to generate anointing. We had been dependent on the Holy Spirit giving us a gift of healing—then we would lay hands on people, and sometimes they would feel heat in our hands, tingling energy, or even be overwhelmed and fall to the floor. There was always something tangible taking place.

Then God said to me, “I want you to focus on what I said you could do—lay hands on the sick and see them recover.” So I began to focus my intention, agreeing with what God said, and releasing that intention through my hands.

3. Understanding Spiritual Healing

What I was doing was channelling the energy flowing from the Spirit within me—rivers of living water, as Jesus described—out of my innermost being and into others. Now, the moment you use the word channelling, people react. “You cannot use that word!” they say. But it simply means something is flowing from within me to someone else.

That is all that happens when anyone lays hands on another person. Energy is flowing. But people do not like the terminology, so they reject the whole idea. That is a huge barrier. But God showed me that my intention, focused in agreement with His word, could direct that energy through my hand and into someone’s body.

4. Personal Insights on Anointing

Back in the 1940s and 50s, healing revivalist William Branham would place his hand on someone and feel vibrational energy. He could then name the disease they had without being told. He said an angel had taught him how to do it. There is even a famous photo of him with a visible halo of light over his head, taken long before the days of Photoshop—people could not explain it.

He had learned how to tune into something God was using to administer healing. I am not saying everyone has to do this the same way—but we can learn to tune into frequencies.

5. The Role of Intention in Healing

For example, you can use crystal bowls to create a sound bath. You place the bowls around a person and play them. The sound surrounds them—immerses them in a frequency. You can release intention into that frequency. You can also place the bowls on the body—on the chest or in the hand—and when played, you can feel the energy resonate through you.

There was one large bowl, probably two and a half feet across, that you could stand in. When played, your whole body vibrated. It was powerful. I had a sound bath in Phoenix, Arizona. The man used crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls—he placed them on my back and legs.

6. Challenging the Terminology

The moment he started playing them, I went straight into a deep encounter with God. It was instant. I became aware of all sorts of things happening—at a deep spiritual level. God spoke to me in that space. Afterwards, I asked the man what he had seen and felt. What he shared was exactly what I had experienced too.

It was a very positive encounter. The man is a Christian and uses this practice to help people—often to set them free or bring healing, especially those who feel oppressed or depressed. It surrounds them with peace—cocoons them in sound and intention. That atmosphere of peace can bring real relief and restoration.

There is much God is revealing about frequency and intention. It is not about new age—it is about rediscovering how creation itself was designed to work.

453. Faith Over Facts | How to Trust God in Difficult Situations

Mike Parsons

If you do not see the Faith over Facts video above, please click here.

1. Keep Trusting, Not Striving

When things do not change or improve, continue to put your trust in God. Keep seeking Him for guidance about what to do—do not try to fix it yourself. If you have gone to the courts of heaven and received a verdict, then applying that verdict is key. The key is to live according to the verdict, rather than the facts you are trying to change.

A big part of the problem is that, when we want change, we tend to focus on the situation. That just increases our focus on the problem, which makes us feel worse about it. Instead, we need to shift our attention to the solution—and the solution is always God. Keep your eyes fixed on Him. He is the author and finisher of our faith. Look to the hills—where does your help come from? That is the right place, so keep looking there. Do not allow the situation you are facing to change where you are looking.

2. Living in the Good of the Verdict

Jesus called Peter to step out of the boat. While Peter kept his eyes on Jesus, he walked on the water. But when he looked at the wind and waves, he began to sink. The key is to stay focused on the right position—in Him.

When you have done a court case and received a verdict, live in the good of that verdict. As Jesus said in Mark 11: “Pray, believe that you have received, and you will receive.” That means living in the reality that you went to the right place, received the right verdict, and now you are choosing to live in it—even while the verdict is still being outworked.

That verdict brings you to a place of contentment and trust in God’s provision. Do not let symptoms or circumstances affect how you feel. Instead, focus on the verdict. Apply it. Live according to it—even if the situation has not changed. That enables you to live in joy and peace in the midst of the storm, rather than just waiting for the storm to disappear. And eventually, the storm will pass, if you stay focused on the One who calms storms—Jesus. Focus on the verdict, not on the problem.

3. The Source of Healing and Wholeness

This principle applies especially to healing. Healing is a classic case where we often focus on symptoms. If you are constantly trying to fix the symptom, then you are constantly looking at the symptom, which can leave you feeling worse. Instead, look to the Healer. Look to the provision of God in Jesus—for your health and wholeness. Go to the healer, and the healing will come.

Back in the 1990s, I experienced this personally. I believed in healing, but although I had been healed many times, I was not healed of one condition—Meniere’s disease, which gave me repeated vertigo attacks. It was quite debilitating, and I needed medication, which came with unpleasant side effects. I tried everything: I had people pray for me, I prayed for myself, I did everything I knew to do. I still was not healed—at least not in terms of symptoms. But I had been healed; I just had not received the removal of the symptoms.

I used to think, “Well, healing is in God’s kingdom—maybe if God wills, His healing will be outworked in this situation.” But I came to see that healing is my inheritance. I went back to every Bible verse I could find on healing, wholeness and health, and I came to this conclusion: Jesus died not only to restore my lost identity, but also to remove the outworking of that lost identity—including sickness. God is my healer, and health is the inheritance He intends me to live in.

4. Receiving and Responding to Life

I put my trust in that truth and rejoiced in it—even while still on medication—until God told me to stop. When He did, I threw the tablets away, never had another attack, and have lived in health ever since. My trust is in Him who brings me health and wholeness—He is the source of life, and that life is in me.

Jesus said, “Whoever drinks of this water will never thirst again. That water will become in you a fountain of living water, eternal life.” So we drink from the source within, not from something external. We focus on that source of life already in us, bringing change to our entire being.

When it comes to changing our DNA, there may be things inherited from our parents or altered genetically. But again, the life is in me. One way I symbolically focus on partaking of that life is through communion. In the Engaging God programme and other places, I have spoken about declarations I made while taking communion—declarations about the transformation of my DNA and the removal of anything within the fabric of my being that was not aligned with God’s perfect desire for me: to live in health and ultimately to walk in immortality.

So I took communion daily, receiving life, drawing on the life already in me. The symbols—eating His flesh and drinking His blood—point to receiving His life, so that I will not have to die. Sickness is part of death, so as I participate in life, sickness ends, and I live in health and wholeness.

Over time, I began to live in a state of communion, where every breath I take is life. That was a process I have shared elsewhere. But I encourage you: rest and relax in His goodness, His grace, His mercy, and His unconditional love for you.

Do not strive—just trust. Come to a place of rest where you trust in His goodness. Do only what He shows you to do. If He does not show you anything, then just keep trusting in His provision to change the situation. Apply the verdict every day. Live in the good of the verdict—that you are free from whatever situation it is.

445. Walking In The Spirit: A Journey Into Heavenly Realms

Mike Parsons

Walking in the Spirit (Condensed summary)

Walking in the Spirit is not just being guided by the Holy Spirit or having spiritual moments. It is about living from the spiritual realm, with our spirit active in heaven even as we are present on earth. John’s vision in Revelation was not metaphorical; he really entered a different dimension. It is to live in oneness—spirit, soul and body aligned and flowing with God.

Galatians 5 is about maturity, not inner conflict. The ‘flesh’ is not our body, but our soul acting in independence. As we surrender and align with God’s Spirit, love, joy and peace naturally flow. This comes about through relationship and union—not effort or rules.

Union with Christ means our soul letting go of that independence. It is not denying ourselves in a negative sense, but surrendering our need for control. Real change comes from trusting in how God sees us and allowing Him to reshape our thinking (that is real metanoia or ‘repentance’). Surrender is not a one-off event: the more we get to know Him, the more we are called to let go and trust.

My own deeper surrender came in 2011-12, when I finally gave up the need to understand everything and simply trusted God. That changed everything, and I became whole in a way I had never known before.

Immortality

As for immortality—I have friends who have died despite believing in it. I do not pretend to know why. But I still trust God’s goodness. Their deaths have not shaken my faith, because immortality is not just a question of belief but of living in divine life now, not pushing it into the future.

A diagnosis of Ménière’s disease (vertigo, deafness and medication with grim side effects) forced me to go deeper with God. I came to realise healing was in the atonement. That led first to healing, then living in health, and eventually a shift towards living from immortality—Jesus’ life sustaining mine through communion (as a way of being, not a ritual). Communion is living in constant co-union.

This is not just theory for me—it is my lived experience. It has taken decades to grasp, and is still unfolding. Not everyone will get it straight away, but I hope it will not take too long. The restoration of all things is ongoing: let us keep trusting in God’s life and goodness.

Video summary

God lives within us, and in our spirit, soul and body are gateways for his presence to flow into creation. To release this flow, we have to cleanse these gateways—spiritually, emotionally and physically—and communion is one means of transformation so that we reflect God’s image. Transformation involves renewing our minds and aligning with our eternal identity, not the world’s patterns. This includes spiritual, soul and even DNA-level change.

I engage the record containing the light, sound and frequency of God’s image for transfiguration

We are heirs with Christ, destined for glory now, not just after death. As we embrace sonship, creation will be set free. Our glorified identity raises the frequency of all things, restoring creation to God’s design.

Through Jesus’ body and blood, we reconnect with our eternal design encoded in our DNA. This process requires intention and participation: change comes when we apply the truth of who we really are.

I embrace the record of the dimensions of the kingdom released in my body by the DNA of God

I embrace the DNA of God within me, and release the dimensions of His kingdom into my body. At first I did not understand what this meant, but by pursuing it, I came to know. I apply this DNA record to my bones to bring health, remove inherited negative patterns and activate transformation.

The kingdom has many dimensions—spiritual, physical, heavenly, governmental—and we access them by knowing who we are as sons. These are realms of God’s rule, where His peace and wholeness are manifested. Jesus demonstrated this authority and gave it to us: we are to walk in it, as kings, lords and sons, governing from heaven into earth.

We can learn how these realms function, from Zechariah’s invitation to rule over the courts of heaven to the ‘ancient path’ and even Metatron’s cube. These are not abstract—they are real heavenly places of encounter and administration. We are called to access them, align history with eternity and rule on our mountains.

I engage that DNA record and apply it to my bones for health and wholeness to remove all negative epigenetic hereditary switches

Transformation involves our DNA. The light strand, lost ‘in the fall, is being restored in us. Bones and marrow are central to this, holding life and health. God’s word (Jesus) discerns and divides even to the marrow, reactivating what was dormant in our DNA.

Natural DNA is intricate and powerful, but corrupted by the fall. Only 3% appears to be active—97% holds untapped potential. Scientists once called it junk, but now realise it is not: light, spirit and information flow through it. DNA is a living book written with God’s design. Our blood, even our cells, carry the memory and frequency of light, into which we are being re-encoded for wholeness and immortality.

Russian scientists found that the so-called ‘junk’ DNA carries language-like structures that can be reprogrammed using sound, frequency and words. Unlike the Western approach to  gene splicing, they used light and frequency to heal and resequence DNA. Our DNA responds to faith-filled words and thoughts, especially during communion, aligning with divine frequencies to bring transformation.

DNA contains switches triggered by environment, trauma or belief—activating inherited conditions or shutting them down. These epigenetic markers can form or shift within a generation and be passed on. Scientific research confirms that memory, trauma and behaviour can be encoded in DNA. Words, environment and belief can influence genetic expression, in some cases more than the DNA sequence itself.

I speak to my marrow and command it to be a new source of blood that will transform the DNA of my cells so that I can be transfigured and live forever

Transformation begins in the marrow—the source of blood. As in Ezekiel’s vision of an army of bones, our bones can respond to prophetic breath. When we speak God’s truth into our marrow, our DNA is re-coded to reflect His image. Our bodies regenerate millions of cells daily, so if we change the source of what is encoded—aligning with eternal truth—we can shift our entire being from one degree of glory to another, becoming transfigured in the image of Christ.

We can apply the truth of our eternal identity, carried in Jesus’ body and blood, to our DNA. Just as a bone marrow transplant changes blood DNA, communion can spiritually reprogram our marrow, producing new blood aligned with God’s truth. That blood flows through the heart, which is central to transformation. Our marrow creates billions of new cells daily. If programmed by truth, this affects the entire body.

Communion is not just symbolic—it is a faith-filled act. As we eat and drink, we speak life, reprogram hereditary and epigenetic patterns, and align with God’s image. Breath, spirit, blood and heart work together. God’s light and life flow through us like a circulation system—physically and spiritually—carrying transformation. Meditating on truth and speaking it with faith activates this. Transformation happens as we consciously engage: we apply divine DNA, overwriting all negative patterns, so that we become radiant sons of God.

433. Transform Your Life | Focus Your Energy

Mike Parsons

Not seeing the video above? Click here.

It’s helpful to know how to do something—until it becomes so ingrained that it functions instinctively, programmed into our unconscious. I no longer have to consciously think every day about how to focus energy into the seven energy gates. I am that now. It’s moved beyond a linear practice—it’s become my entire model of thinking.

But to reach that point, I had to go through the process. I had to intentionally practise it daily. I would focus the rivers of living water into the Merkabah at the core of my being. I energised that with the life of immortality, and then directed that energy to flow through the gates within my physical body. That process empowered me for everything I needed to do—and yes, even to keep myself alive through the flow of immortal life. I  can choose to focus that energy.

It’s a journey of learning, of growth and maturity. Eventually, it becomes who you are. It stops being a conscious act and becomes a state of being. Just as we don’t need to remind ourselves to breathe or to keep our hearts beating, once this kind of energy flow is fully established, it moves into the unconscious realm. It’s built into us. It simply flows.

In the same way we’re not constantly thinking, “Better breathe… better pump blood…”—we can be reprogrammed with the energy of life until it becomes automatic. Immortality can become who we are. But this requires intention. Most people aren’t disciplined enough to focus in that way. They hope immortality will just happen. But we have to choose to live from that reality. We have to embrace the I AM—the source of immortal life.

Jesus said that if we drink from the springs of living water, we will live forever. But you have to drink. It’s a choice. It’s not some mythical fountain of youth, or a secret serum. The source is not external—it’s the Spirit, it’s life, and it’s already within. That well is bubbling up inside us, and it will never run dry.

Jesus told the woman at the well, “If you drink from this, you will never be thirsty again.” That’s the key—drawing from the right source. When that becomes your only source, your life changes. You don’t eat to survive—you eat to fellowship, to enjoy. You’re living from a completely different perspective.

And I truly believe that’s God’s intention: that we all come into this state of being—dwelling in it, living in it. A state that frees us from the limitations of the world around us. Living from an immortal state means I’m not bound by the laws and conditions of a world still in the process of restoration. I’m choosing not to live connected to death.

Even though people around us are dying—and just yesterday, a close friend of mine passed away—I know where he is now. He’s in a better place, but I don’t believe it was God’s ultimate intention for him to die. Still, everyone has to find their own place of understanding and reality. Over the last couple of years, I’ve known people who believed in immortality, yet they still died. Does that shake my belief? No. I won’t let it stop me living in the truth of immortality. But I do grieve with those left behind. It’s tragic, heartbreaking, and I feel deep sorrow for those now facing that loss.

But just because things haven’t fully manifested yet doesn’t make the truth any less real. God’s desire is to restore immortality to all of us.

One of the things you asked is whether you’re doing something long enough, or if you should spend more time on it. But it’s not really about the length of time—it’s about the focus of your intention. It’s your intention that activates something. Your desire directs that intention, and your intention focuses on what you’re seeking—whether that’s DNA cleansing or something else. When you engage in communion, when you live from that place of communion, it’s not so much how long you stay focused, but the strength and clarity of your intention and desire in that moment that makes the difference.

Essentially, what you’re doing is choosing a reality. You’re choosing the reality that your desire and intention are working together to bring about. And if you then live in a state of rest—living in the reality that you’ve already received what you’ve intended—then you begin to align with what was always in God’s heart for you. His heart has always been for everything to be as it should be. His desire flows from what was, into what is, and shapes what will be. So you live in the presence of your future. Your desire draws you there, and staying focused on that future in the present means you are living loved, loving living, and living loving. You’re enjoying the process, resting in the reality of your intention. It may not have fully manifested yet, but you’re already living in it.

Jesus said about prayer, “believe you have received, and you will receive.” This operates on the same principle. You’re focusing your attention, you’re directing your desire, and you’re choosing to live in that reality now. That present moment, infused with intention, is what creates the future—because it flows from the eternal heart of God. ‘What was’ is not just something that happened a long time ago: ‘what was’ is the ‘eternal now’. And when you allow that to manifest in your life—when you bring that into your present through focus and intention—your future begins to show up in the now.

And ultimately, when you live in rest—not striving, not chasing, not driven by fear or anxiety—you can maintain that state of peace no matter what’s happening around you. Whatever the circumstances, you’re grounded. You’re steady. You’re not swayed. You’re always encouraged, always encouraging others, because you’ve learned to stay in a place of rest. From that place, you can focus your intention, knowing that what you’re aligning with is the very heart of the Father. You’re simply cooperating with His desire for you—to live in the fullness of righteousness, to experience the vast sum of His thoughts towards you, which are always good and always rooted in unconditional love.

As you live that way, the full manifestation of it will come. But even before it does, you’re already living in the reality of it. You’re enjoying it now. That means you’re not focused on what you don’t yet have. You’re not living from a place of lack. Instead, your thoughts and desires are shaped by what is already true in the eternal, and that becomes your experience. In that way, manifestation is simply the natural outflow of the rest you live in, in the present.

425. The Path to Wholeness: Harmonising Mind, Body, and Spirit

Mike Parsons

When we become whole, spirit, soul and body should be seamlessly integrated, so that we no longer need to constantly think in terms of spirit, soul and body. but when we’re learning, it helps to understand how each functions—and how they work together.

So, in terms of our body, we have the five physical senses—sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch—which are obviously housed in the body. That’s primarily how we’ve received information throughout life, and so we’ve learned from those experiences. Now, the body itself has often been treated as the lesser part, with the soul and spirit seen as somehow “higher realms”. I don’t believe that’s the case. I believe God made us whole. One part isn’t more important than the others; they’re all equally important, but they do have different functions.

The body needs to be treated with honour and respect—as a temple, if you like, a temple of the Holy Spirit. So, we need to look after ourselves and be aware of the signs our body may be giving us. These might be physical indicators that we’re not getting enough sleep, enough rest, exercise or the right food. Our body might be communicating to us that we’re feeling lethargic or unwell or lacking energy. That’s a sign that we may need to change our lifestyle—how we care for our body and emotions.

In the same way, we need healthy emotions. Emotions are good, but they shouldn’t control us. Our emotions, which are part of the soul, often come from our life experiences. But again, all these parts—body, soul and spirit—need to work together.

At the core of our being, in the very centre of our body, is the place where spirit, soul and body are in union with Father, Son and Spirit. Most people have never learned to interact with that centre. They might engage with their soul, their spirit, or their body, but not with their innermost being. A lot of people think that our innermost being is our spirit. It’s not. Our innermost being is the core, where that union takes place.

Within that core, we have energy gates. These are associated with the body, but also connected with the soul and spirit. We need to learn to be in tune—physically, emotionally and spiritually—so we’re fully energised. That energy is Living Water—rivers of Living Water. It’s spiritual life, the abundant life that flows out of heaven into us, into our innermost being. But it needs to be used correctly.

Most people have never been taught any of this. They’ve never been shown that we have gateways or how our spirit, soul and body interact. But as we begin to learn and grow in this, our body becomes the energising centre of our being—a place where soul and spirit can function together.

So if we’re going to be healthy, we need to listen to our body in different ways, and we also need to communicate with it. I don’t let my body rule me, but I do let it inform me. I’m interested in how my body is feeling. Am I treating it well? Does it feel healthy, well, whole? If I damage my body in some way, I’ll communicate with it. I might apologise for the damage—whether it was through an accident, carelessness or neglect. Then I’ll work with my body, cooperating with it in the process of healing and repair. The body is designed to self-heal, to restore itself. So I can work with that—I can cooperate with it, energise it, and assist that process. I can be in partnership with my own cells as they replicate and restore, becoming whole.

Eventually, that becomes my state of being. When that happens, it functions almost automatically, instinctively—it’s programmed into my unconscious mind. My soul functions in the subconscious mind, and I’m active in the conscious mind. So, I want that state of being to be programmed in, so I don’t have to go around thinking all the time, “Oh, I’ve got to do this, I’ve got to do that…” That becomes tiring and stressful. It’s about living from that inner function—having the how I live operating from the inside, as part of who I am. When that becomes reality, my spirit, soul and body can function together in unity.

I do speak to my body. I listen to it. I want it to be healthy and whole. That means getting enough sleep, eating well, and avoiding addictions. The body can become addicted—to chemicals, certain foods, or even feelings. Some people are addicted to exercise because it releases endorphins that make them feel good. That’s fine—it’s how the body is designed—but not to the extreme. Some people can’t stop exercising because they’re addicted to the endorphin release, not just the exercise itself. And actually, endorphins are chemically similar to some drugs. So we have to manage all of that well.

We need to avoid becoming obsessive—to the point where these things control what we do. If the body starts controlling us, then we’re being driven by physical factors. That’s not how we’re designed to function. We’re designed to work together—spirit, soul and body—in a seamless way.

410. Mastering Energy Generation

Mike Parsons –

Fatigue and creative energy

Many people don’t know how to generate the energy needed to live day to day. They feel tired, weary and drained, lacking both creative energy and the vitality required for their daily lives. This happens because they don’t know how to focus the abundant life that exists at the core of their innermost being. They don’t know how to generate, activate and channel that energy effectively.

We have energy gates within our body that can facilitate this process, but most people are unaware of how to open and activate them. This isn’t something commonly taught—especially within Christian circles. In fact, many evangelicals would be horrified at the mere mention of “energy gates,” dismissing it as New Age or something strange they want nothing to do with.

Yet, in reality, they are missing out on a crucial part of how we were designed to function. Learning to generate and direct energy isn’t some mystical or foreign concept—it’s about understanding how to channel living water, or what some might call light energy, into our daily lives. There are many analogies for it, but we are talking about spiritual life—abundant spiritual life—flowing from within us.

Energy gates

Most people don’t even realise that they have gateways within their spirit, soul and body that are designed to allow this life force to flow freely. Instead of experiencing the full flood of abundant life, they live on a trickle—because they’ve never been taught how to open these gateways. In fact, many Christians have been taught the exact opposite, which is why so many struggle to understand the flow of life and energy within them.

They’ve never been taught that they are a tri-part being—spirit, soul and body—and that all three must function in union. They don’t know how to activate and open these inner doors so that they can live in a continuous state of being in communion with life itself.

Jesus is in us, the Spirit is in us, and the Father dwells within us. But are we truly embracing that? Or are we searching for an external source—for someone else to give us what we feel we lack?

A critique of traditional teachings

Many people seek healing by looking for an external impartation—someone to lay hands on them and transfer an anointed charge of energy that will heal them. But what happens afterwards? Many people who receive healing end up sick again or even dying later because they don’t know how to sustain the healing they received. They never learned how to generate and maintain that healing within themselves. They relied on someone else to provide it, so they never developed the ability to keep it. The majority of people who minister healing don’t teach others how to maintain health and well-being—they simply move on after laying hands and praying.

There are genuine people who operate in these gifts, and they see real miracles and healings. But how many of those healed return a year later to testify that they are still well? If the root causes of their sickness remain unaddressed, the healing is often temporary. Unless they deal with the underlying factors—whether physical, emotional or spiritual—the illness can return.

Unlocking abundant life energy

What we really need is to teach people how to live in abundant life, how to embrace well-being as a way of life, rather than just seeking instant healing. Abundance isn’t just about financial wealth—it’s about emotional, spiritual and physical wealth. It’s about living in a state of fullness.

Jesus promised us abundant life, but the enemy seeks to rob, kill and destroy. If he can keep people from knowing the truth, if he can convince them to believe lies, then they will never live in the abundance that is already theirs. They have been robbed without even realising it.

It all comes down to our relationship with God as the source of life. What source are we drinking from? Are we drawing from the eternal fountain of life within us, or are we relying on external sources? Are we looking to church, ministries, or Christian teachings instead of directly connecting with Jesus?

Jesus said, “If you drink the water I give you, rivers of living water will flow from within you.” He was speaking about the Spirit—the very life of God within us. That is the source we need to draw from. It’s not about following techniques for healing or looking for external solutions—it’s about living in the overflow of life itself.

And that is only possible through relationship. It’s not a formula. It’s not a ritual. It’s a relationship—a deep, ongoing connection—with the source of life.
