535. Choosing Your Source | Tree of Life vs. Tree of Knowledge

Mike Parsons

Drinking from the Source of Life

It is the source that we need to drink from. And drinking, eating, they are all figurative, metaphors. Jesus said in John 6 that whoever eats the bread that comes down from heaven will not die. We are not physically eating his literal body, and we are not literally eating actual bread. So what are we doing?

We are not literally drinking water either, because it is not water as such. It is life. It is energy. It is the source. We have to choose which source we drink from. You could say we are drinking either from the tree of life or from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. In a sense, we are either drawing from our own limited capacity or from an external source that can continually fill that capacity without ever running out.

That is how I see it.

I believe individuals are born with a certain amount of energy and life, and their body is the container of that life. How that energy is used determines how long it lasts. Eventually, if it runs out, people die. But that was not how God intended it to be. He did not create humanity to run out of life. Our own independent source will eventually run dry unless we find another source.

506. The Mindset of Immortality | Secret to an Abundant Life

Now, people are looking for sources in technology. They are talking about extending life through nanotechnology, supplements and things that positively affect the cells of the body. I am not against any of that. But it is not the same as immortal life. That is extending human life. The human body was created to self-repair, self-heal and live forever. But I am talking about a source of life that Jesus promised, a source that comes out of eternity.

Choosing the Right Source

As we focus our intention on that source and choose to drink from it, that source energises us. It energises our mortal bodies and gives life to them. Romans 8 talks about this, that the Spirit gives life to our mortal bodies.

415. Limitless Energy Through the Merkabah

Our bodies are mortal unless they receive immortal life. Originally, they were not created mortal. They became mortal because humanity chose to walk away from life itself. Jesus came to abolish death and bring life and immortality into the light. The question is this: if he abolished death, why are people still dying? Because they are not embracing the life and immortality he brought into the light.

Jesus promised that if we drink from this source, it would become a fountain springing up into eternal life. That means both quality and quantity of life. The body does not have to die, but the life we live is also meant to be abundant.

376. Unlocking Abundant Life

Jesus promised abundant life in John 10. The enemy comes to rob, kill and destroy. That gives us a clear picture of what happens when we follow the wrong path. You could see that enemy as a personal being, but you could also see the path itself as an enemy. If we continue down that path, it eventually robs us of the abundance Jesus intended. Abundant life is not merely life without end. It is the quality of life we were created to live.

Living from Abundance

The source of that life is a life that sons were intended to live, a life carrying abilities beyond the merely natural. Eternal life was meant to be immortal life, but also abundant life, full of everything abundance carries within it. I believe abundant life is very different from what most people are currently experiencing.

If we choose daily to drink from that source and from no other source, then that source will energise our whole being. It will enable us not only to live without dying, but also to live the abundant kind of life Jesus promised. It becomes a matter of choice.

So how do we do that? Jesus said, “Come and drink.” Whoever drinks this water… Well, what do you do to drink that water? You picture it. You receive it. You choose it. Anyone who says they encountered Jesus and received life from him made a choice to receive that life. It was available, but they still had to choose it. So this is about choosing to focus our intention on a source of life that will never run out.

Relationship Rather Than Fear

But that choice has to become a state of being, not just something we mechanically repeat every day out of fear. Otherwise we start thinking, “I have to keep doing this or I will die.” That becomes fear-based. It becomes works again. This has to remain relational.

When Jesus talked about drinking living water, he was talking about relationship. You can drink natural water or you can come to him as the source of life itself. That is why he spoke about eating his flesh, drinking his blood and eating the bread that came down from heaven. He was speaking about himself.

The seven “I am” statements reveal not only who Jesus is, but who he becomes to us in relationship.

“I am the way, the truth and the life.”

That statement only becomes reality to me when I engage with him relationally as the way, the truth and the life. The same is true of resurrection life. I have to engage it relationally for him to become my source of resurrection and life.

Rivers of Living Water

Jesus also said, “Whoever is thirsty, come to me and drink, and rivers of living water will flow from their innermost being.”

So again, the source is him. What do we do? We come to him. We drink. Whatever that means in practice, we are responsible for engaging it. He is the source that never runs out. When we drink from his presence within us, rivers of living water begin to flow from our innermost being. It is not like repeatedly taking another cup of water. He himself becomes the continual source of our life. As we remain in relationship with him and do not turn to another source, the river within us increases in flow. You choose to drink, and the flow begins.

If we are the temple of the Holy Spirit, then there is an increase in the flow of spirit, life and energy within us. Whether you call it living water, spirit or energy, it is his life within us. John 7 says that Jesus spoke of the Spirit who was with them but not yet in them because he had not yet been glorified. He had not yet returned to heaven to establish the kingdom and give it to the saints of the Most High.

Then in John 14, Jesus said he was going to prepare a place for us so that where he is, we may be also. People often think he was talking about heaven after death, but he was talking about relationship. A few verses later he explains it clearly: “I am in the Father and the Father is in me.”

So he was saying, “I am going to the cross, I will return, and I will bring you into the relationship I have with the Father.” Later in John 14 he says, “On that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.” That day was resurrection day. When Jesus breathed on his disciples and said, “Receive the Spirit,” he became resurrection life for all mankind. Humanity was made alive in Christ.

God breathed into Adam at the beginning, and now Christ breathes life into the new humanity. All died in Adam, and all are made alive in Christ. That relationship has now been established.

The Flow of Living Water

If we are the temple of the Holy Spirit and God dwells in us, then Ezekiel 37 talks about the flow of water flowing in the temple and from the temple increasing. It can be ankle deep. So we can drink, but the flow only be ankle deep. Or we can drink and the flow becomes knee deep, waist deep, until it is completely flowing with the fullness of energy, life and spirit to bring life wherever it goes.

Because if we are only a receptacle of living water, it will stagnate. It has got to flow to release the energy. If we just drink it and keep it to ourselves, then we either consume it or it stagnates. But it is meant to flow. That is why it says rivers of living water will flow from our innermost being. Not just remain in our innermost being, but flow from it.

The river flows through the gateways of our spirit and soul. If those gateways are not open and flowing, then there is a limit to how much can flow. So you are only going to get ankle deep if the gateways are partially closed. Only a certain amount of energy is allowed through. We need to remain open to the flow.

163. Gateways Open, Flowing Freely

The Core of Our Being

When it speaks of our innermost being, I believe that is not our spirit alone, but the union of spirit, soul and body as we were created to be.

Within that union there is, you could say, an eternal mechanism or technology, if you want to use that term, which turns spirit energy, living water, flowing water, into energy that will never cease. That energy energises our body and releases the powers of eternal life within us.

375. Discover the Secrets of the Merkabah

Ecclesiastes says God has placed eternity in our hearts. I believe that is what it is talking about: the eternal perspective of abundance, life and energy. We have the capacity within us to receive living water and to produce energy from that living water which energises our whole being.

That includes what I would describe as the seven energy gates within us. Just as we have a blood system, a lymphatic system and a nervous system, we also have an energy system designed to be energised by the flow that comes from heaven.

That flow is energised within us and then distributed through our whole being as living energy, light or spirit, however you want to describe it.

Flow, Energy and Creation

Those energy gates are inside us so that we can be energised by what comes as a flowing river.

If you think of hydroelectric power, you have a flowing river that is usually dammed up so there is a huge capacity of water. Then the water flows through gates, through turbines, and produces electricity. It is similar within us. Something is flowing that needs to be focused so it generates increasing amounts of energy through the gateways of our being, which then flows outward.

So there is a lot involved in drinking from the source. It is relational. It is not a formula. It is a relational connection to life that gives us abundance, overflowing life, the abundant life Jesus promised. But we still have a choice regarding where we drink from and what relationship we engage with. Most people are not consciously connecting to the life and energy within them that flows from heaven.

Where does the river of life flow from? From the throne of God, through the tree of life, into us. And that source does not come independently of the tree of life, which you could say is Jesus himself. He is the relational point through which we drink from that source.

The Increasing Flow

The river that flowed through Eden split into four rivers which watered the earth. There is symbolism in that. Rivers produce energy. That can translate into the seven rivers flowing through the seven energy gates, which can also connect symbolically with the seven Spirits of God and the many patterns of seven throughout Scripture.

That flowing energy carries the capacities of sonship and the aspects of God’s character and nature. It energises us in many different ways. So there is a lot to consider in all of this. But I do not think it is complicated. It requires choice and intention until it becomes a state of being.

I have done many things intentionally until they became part of who I am. So I began every day by picturing a door within my spirit and opening that door, because Jesus wants me to choose to open the door and allow him to fill me and let the flow begin.

Then I drink from the source, which is him. He is my source, but I have to allow that source to flow. Otherwise it remains only a trickle, and most people live from a trickle. But that is not enough to sustain eternal life or immortal life. The flow must increase until it brings life wherever it goes. Then we ourselves become a source of life.

Living Beyond Survival

Those rivers are meant to flow through us into creation itself. Creation needs energy to overcome entropy. The laws of thermodynamics say that energy within a system eventually runs down.

Creation itself is drawing energy from what some would call the quantum field, but only in limited ways. Humanity was intended to operate differently, not merely surviving, but drawing creatively from that field and aligning it through intention and choice. Our personal energy, however, is meant to come from relationship with the living source.

So there is interaction between the flow of life that comes from God and the creative field within creation itself. We were designed to connect with those dimensions from the eternal core of our being.

The quality of eternal life and immortality is not merely endless existence. It is the ability to live multidimensionally, non-linearly, unrestricted by time and space, functioning again in the kind of sonship Adam originally carried. Many people think about immortality only as a wish or a hope. They do not really consider its implications.

Jesus said, “Drink.” He also said, “Come to me and find rest.” He did not say, “I will force this on you.” Relationship requires engagement. He is already present. He is already within us. We simply have to connect with him and open ourselves to the flow.

The Purpose of Abundant Life

If we are not going to die, then the real question becomes: how are we going to live? Not dying is not really the issue. Living is the issue. What source are we living from? How are we sustained? What does abundant life actually look like? Abundant life includes health, provision and purpose. Many people retire and then quickly die because they no longer have purpose.

But sonship is our purpose. Co-heirship with creation, co-creation, the ongoing expansion of God’s kingdom and peace — there is much to do when we begin to understand who we really are as sons of God.

And if immortality is real, then we also have to think about the emotional implications. If others around us continue dying because they have not embraced life, there would be sorrow in that. Children, grandchildren, generations. That is why relationship with Jesus remains central. He carries our griefs and sorrows. He remains the relational connection that enables us to live abundantly even in difficult situations.

Immortality is not an isolated idea. It flows from health, abundance and relationship. If someone is sick, miserable, purposeless or mentally incapacitated, why would they want to live forever in that condition? There is much more to this than simply “not dying.”

God wants to bring us into abundance so fully that we actually desire to live forever, functioning as sons within creation, bringing freedom to creation itself. That will require immense energy. Creation groans under corruption and decay. God has given us responsibility within that process. Everything has been provided. We simply have to remain connected to the right source and allow that life to flow outward through us into creation.

So there is a lot to think about. But ultimately, “keep drinking” simply means remaining relationally connected to the right source and allowing that life to continue flowing within us.

533. A Well-Being Economy

Mike Parsons

A Well-Being Economy

I would like to see politicians who do want to be supporting the people of the country they live in rather than the big businesses or the corporations or everything else. People’s health and well-being should be the key factor. So I think a well-being economy rather than a productivity economy would more reflect God’s heart.

There are some governments around the world who have adopted a well-being economy agenda, but not the US, ot Britain, although I think Scotland does as part of Britain, and New Zealand. I think some of the Scandinavian countries are looking and thinking, “What are we doing? You know, we are ruining the planet, ruining people’s lives. What for? To make people rich.”

So I do believe that actually a well-being economy would change things to benefit more people for more of the time and therefore health and immortality would certainly be part of that.

Profit Over Health

Now, I do not know how much of this is true, but I read about when they first introduced corn syrup into the US food system and how it was marketed as the solution to everyone’s problems. Corn syrup has basically produced obesity throughout the world. But someone made a lot of money out of corn syrup and it was promoted by advertising to be a healthy option.

And I think there are things like advertising companies who make money promoting products which are unhealthy. I mean, look at the epidemic of opioid addiction and those that made all the money out of promoting addiction on the basis of, “This is safe and non-addictive.” When you look at oxycodone and other things, I mean, you know, I have looked at the movies or TV series about it and obviously people were prosecuted or whatever else, but it is still going on.

People are making money out of making other people sick. Well, that is the sort of thing that should be addressed in government, but who is taking the backhanders? Potentially, those who make decisions on what drugs and how much they are charging and all of that stuff. You know, there is this massive scandal in the pharmaceutical world, which is not trying to make people well, it is just trying to make people more money at the expense of other people while they keep them sick.

So I definitely believe there needs to be a change. That change will not come about until the governments are not influenced by those who have the most money and the most lobbying power.

Truth, Discernment, Integrity

So, I would love to see a well-being economy looking out for the health of the nation and changing things to help people live more healthily and live longer and eventually, if they live longer, finding God and finding healthy immortality.

436. How to Live Forever | Communion (Part 1)

It is not an easy world we live in and it is becoming harder and harder for people to know the truth. I mean, if you saw something on the TV 50 years ago, 40 years ago, even 30 years ago, you would think what you were looking at was absolutely the truth because you were seeing it on your screen and someone was reporting on it.

Now the people who are reporting the news are making the news and they are deciding what is news, and what you see you cannot believe with your own eyes anymore, unless you were there in person. And I think that is a very dangerous situation in that there are a lot of people who are not discerning enough to actually see what the truth is. Therefore, they believe what they are being told, and what they are being fed as true, when it is not true.

And sadly, I do not think most people will go and find out what is true or do their own fact-checking on what is true. They just listen to what is being said. And I do not think that is what we should be doing as believers. We should be looking at the truth, which is Jesus, spending enough time with the truth to be discerning of what is true.

So I never take what I am hearing and accept it as being true or not true. If it is important to me, I will fact-check it – with God, primarily. I might do some of my own research, but even that is harder and harder to do, to find out what is actually true because who knows whether what you are reading is true?

500. Jesus, The Ultimate Fact-Checker!

So God is the best source of information when it comes to what is true. And the more time you spend with the frequency of truth, then when you hear something, you discern the frequency of love and truth on it. That will help you.

Character Rather Than Charisma

And it is not one side or the other. It is both sides who do the same thing. And, you know, we need to rise above it all. We need to go into a realm where the truth is in a relationship which enables us to be discerning because we have practised training our senses to discern what is good and evil. And I do not think enough people have practised training their senses and therefore they are gullible to believe a lot of what is being said which is targeting them at their agendas.

384. Spiritual Senses | Learning to see beyond the physical

I mean marketplace stuff, social media, it is targeting people to buy things because it is listening to conversations and all of that stuff. And you get targeted marketing. You get targeted political statements. There is no integrity in doing that at all. They just want to win at all costs.

And I do not think that is the way we should operate as believers. We should be looking at the truth and focused on what is the truth. And there is truth in both sides of every argument. And there are truth and good things in both parties. But you are not going to get it because they will not come together on a higher agenda of, “We will support these good positive things that you are doing if you support these good positive things that we are doing.” It just does not happen, does it?

But I would hope that change would eventually be driven from grassroots people who say, “Enough is enough. We are just not playing this game anymore. We are not agreeing to this system anymore.”

Now, how you would do that, I do not know. But change has happened politically in history from people rising up and saying, “We are not having this any longer.” You know, who would have thought the Iron Curtain would come down and the Berlin Wall would come down? No one thought that was possible. But individuals began to promote change supported by the grassroots who were behind change and eventually change happened.

I would never have imagined the Berlin Wall would come down in my lifetime. Well, now I am going to live forever, so in that sense it would anyway. But back then it was a huge shock that essentially communism fell. But now, what have we got? Something worse probably that says it is democratic but actually is not and operates the way it does.

So things can get hijacked. We have got to have the right people who bring about the right change for the right reasons. And that is why we need to look to people with character and integrity rather than look at charisma or money. Do they have the right character and are they operating with integrity?

Consciousness, Intention and Alignment

The way our consciousness is designed to choose a reality that is aligned to God’s heart, our intention and focus can work with things like [essential] oils and other frequencies to bring about change and to affect that change.

I think people are looking at different ways of engaging that in the  quantum realm, the ether, that there is energy there that we can draw from that can bring energy to our bodies, that can repair them and recycle them in the cells. But also the cells themselves have capacity to repair built in, and it is just that communication needs to be restored so that everything works together in harmony as it was intended. So definitely, I think you will find all sorts of different people working in different aspects of the field.

Epigenetics is one aspect, which is a programming to the genetic material, not changing the genetic material, but causing memory and things to be passed on generationally or affecting the present. And when you are looking at how we can live in health, then seeing the balance between spirit, soul and body, and the harmony that we can live in, in rest effectively, can bring about health.

But our intention and focus is what is the most important thing. Yes, there are some frequencies in some oils that have an effect, because they cross the limbic system of the brain and they can affect the way we think, but when our intention, which people would call faith, is engaged with them, then that brings about a powerful agreement. And when we are in agreement with how something works, that agreement can be effectively outworked in a much more powerful way.

Healing, Memory and the Whole Person

I think God is unveiling all sorts of different revelation to different people in different ways to reach as many people as possible, so that as many people as possible can find the health that God intended them to have and find healing and wholeness in every area, spirit, soul and body.

Now what essential oils and other things do with the limbic system can also release memory and toxic emotions that are trapped within the body, both within the physical and within the memory of the soul. Those things can surface, because they are often buried within our subconscious, and we do not always remember the actual event or what happened, but they can be toxic to us. When those are released and brought to the surface, which can be enhanced by essential oils, then we can see healing and wholeness come into those areas.

This was recorded in 2018 at the Freedom Centre, Barnstaple. Kari Browning’s technique involves prayer, the laying on of hands, and the use of therapeutic-grade essential oils.
3 sessions = 6 hours, plus bonuses. Cost: £36 GBP.

So it is getting the balance of all of it. A lot of people focus on the soul, inner healing, which is good, but they do not always think about how that links to the body. There is a huge connection. Medical professionals are looking at disease and realising that so much of it is caused by emotional and mental issues, not just the physical. Some of it is purely physical, but a lot of it has a component which is mental and emotional. Therefore toxic emotions and trauma can have an effect on the physical body, even though they are memories of something that happened emotionally. Seeing things in a holistic way, and looking at how we can operate holistically, is really important.
What you will often find is that some people focus on one area, whether that is the body or the emotions, but we need to bring all of them together in a harmonious whole to see how it all works together for our health and wholeness. That is why it is worth looking at different ways of thinking, not just one area. Generally, one person gets revelation about one area and focuses on that, but does not always see that other areas are involved as well. So having a broader view of the whole way of thinking will give you some good perspective, and it looks like you have done some good research and are engaging with different ways of thinking. But in all of it, intention is the most important aspect.

477. Transform Your Reality | Harnessing the Power of Intention

Agreement, Frequency and Intention

There is a sense where some things have a physical effect on the body, and some essential oils carry a frequency that, when absorbed or breathed, can have a positive impact because they bring a frequency that counteracts negative frequencies that might be operating. But when we add our intention to it, then you have agreement. And when there is agreement, that brings an exponential increase in the effect of something. You can focus that agreement, that intention, and that works whether you use the oil or not.

I have used frequencies in bowls, crystal bowls, to focus intention to touch the body, not in a physical sense, but through sound. You have a sound bath, and when you are surrounded by sound, if that sound contains intention, then it can have an effect on your body without even touching you physically. If you do put the bowls on your body… I had a sound bath where a friend used smaller Tibetan singing bowls, and placed them on my back. As soon as one of them was struck, I went straight into a deep state. I was not even thinking about it, it just happened.

So there is a powerful way of engaging this, but if you are intentionally active in it, you are more open to what it can do. I was open to the sound bath. I did not know what it would do, and I did not feel I needed anything in particular, but I was open. That openness led into an encounter, and the experience was very positive. When you engage it intentionally for healing or wholeness, you are adding your faith to it. Some people in medical trials who receive placebos are engaging in hope, and when desire and hope come together, that itself can have a positive effect on the body.

Alongside that, the attitude of thanksgiving, gratitude, and living in a state of joy and peace can help the immune system function well and keep us in balance. When our emotions are out of sync with our desire, there is discord, and it is important to have coherence. There is a group called HeartMath that works with this concept, showing how having our thinking coherent with our emotions can bring about health and wholeness. It is quite a large field that people are exploring, and there are many positive things to discover.

199. Attitude Determines Altitude

Relationship Over Technique

The key is not to accept everything uncritically, but to go with what is in alignment with what you know to be the heart of God and love, and not to make it a formula. Engage with it relationally with God. If I am going to engage with it, God is my healer. He may use various things to bring about healing, but He is my healer. I am not going to put my trust in a technique that separates me from my relationship with Him as my healer. When people know God as Father, and know His desire to bless and to heal, that is far more powerful than trying to work a technique.

Some people separate the techniques, and while they may work, they are far more effective when you are engaged with the healer, not just the method. I always want to remain connected to God as the source of my healing, not just an oil or a frequency or anything else. I engage with it through God as Father, not in an independent way.

474. From Low To High | How Frequency Impacts Your Health and Happiness

Mike Parsons

Not seeing the video above? Please click here.

Frequency, by its very nature, has an impact on our bodies and every aspect of our lives because everything is constantly vibrating. Take love, for instance—it is considered a very high frequency. When you engage with love, it can raise your own frequency and entrain you to operate at that higher level, bringing you into harmony with love itself. The result is a state of resonance that benefits your entire being.

Conversely, when the body is dominated by anger, unforgiveness, or similar negative emotions, it operates at a lower frequency. These low frequencies attract more of the same and bring you into agreement with them, which can potentially lead to disease. Disease, after all, is simply a state in which one’s system is out of ease—out of rest and harmony. This is how frequency affects us in a very practical way.

Scientifically, frequency is just the rate at which something vibrates. For example, tuning musical note A to 444Hz means the entire musical scale operates on a specific set of frequencies. There is a wealth of information online about this—my friend Del Hungerford, a concert musician and music professor, has written extensively on frequencies and how they relate to solfeggio scales and similar concepts.

Tuning standards have changed over time. In recent years, some Christian musicians have started tuning to 432Hz or 444Hz, each producing distinct energetic properties when engaged with. Personally, I found that when our musicians made this adjustment, I experienced a deeper connection with the songs, and my whole being resonated in a way that felt more harmonious and in tune with God.

When I first began consistently accessing heaven in 2010, one of the first things God spoke to me about was frequency, harmony, and resonance—concepts that at first seemed to be ‘new age’, but turned out to carry much deeper significance. God also spoke about quantum physics, quantum entanglement, quantum tunnelling, and similar topics. Over time, I realised that understanding how God created the universe is rooted in both the mystical and the scientific—when God spoke, light responded, and reality was formed. This is echoed in quantum physics: the observer affects reality by observation, as demonstrated by experiments like the double-slit experiment.

It’s an area where science and spirituality converge, giving us insight into the creational dynamic God designed. For example, quantum entanglement demonstrates how two or more things, separated by immense physical distances, can be affected instantly and simultaneously. In the same way, when we are in heaven, our whole being—body, soul, and spirit—can be directly and instantly impacted by that connection.

468. Unlocking Intentions: The Power of Sound in Practice

Mike Parsons

Not seeing the video above? Please click here.

Supernatural workshops

Back in 2011 and 2012, I held a number of supernatural workshops which were highly practical in nature. For example, we would do exercises such as closing your eyes and looking at your hand or observing the room—simple activities within a workshop environment where everyone was encouraged to practise. I’ve experimented with a variety of different approaches, including the use of crystal bowls and the unique frequencies they emit. We explored whether people could sense the intention carried on the frequency of the sound produced by a bowl, each of which operates at different sound wavelengths.

I organised workshops centred on this, and it was fascinating to observe that many participants were indeed able to pick up on the intention being conveyed through the sound. For instance, if I had a bowl in front of me and simply made a noise, it would just register as a sound to those present. However, when I played the sound with a specific intention—such as wishing for others to feel something—that vibration could be sensed in people’s bodies, and is  especially penetrating if the bowl was physically placed on them. The same wavelength of sound travelled throughout the room so that everyone could hear it, but the question was: could the sound wave also carry something deeper?

Decoding information

This phenomenon happens in scientific contexts all the time—we routinely send messages via airwaves, with information encoded on sound or frequencies, which are then decoded at the other end. Similarly, when I played the bowl with a particular intention, once participants quietened themselves and became receptive, they were increasingly able to pick up on that intention. I would play a sound, transmit an intention, and then invite everyone to sense what they felt.

For example, if I released an intention of peace, some people reported feeling calm or restful, using different words to describe what they were experiencing, but essentially referring to the intention I had sent. I experimented with releasing various frequencies to touch people, and as they received those frequencies, they could enter into a state of calm, peace, or rest. The sound itself became a sort of ‘bath’—something in which they could immerse themselves, feeling the vibration surrounding and penetrating them, bringing internal peace.

528Hz

I also used this technique with healing. Specifically, I played a crystal bowl resonating at the frequency of 528Hz, which is often associated with healing. I would embed an intention for healing in the sound and explain to the group that, rather than laying hands on them in prayer, they could receive healing at a distance if they were open to it. I pointed out that God can heal at a distance; even in scripture, Paul laid hands on cloths, which were then placed on people, resulting in healing—the cloth had effectively ‘carried’ an embedded frequency or intention.

Healing testimony

In the workshops, I encouraged people to tune in, open their hearts and being to receive the healing frequency and intention; if you don’t receive it, it simply passes you by. There was one man—a member of our therapeutic community at the time—who had suffered nerve damage that left one side of his body numb. When I released the healing frequency, he received it, and his testimony was that all the numbness had disappeared.

This demonstrates that it’s possible to practise and develop the ability to transmit and receive intention through sound and frequency with tangible results.

456. The Truth About New Age Practices

Mike Parsons

1. Misunderstandings Around Healing and Science

Now, Christians who would call this kind of thing new age often do not realise they are contradicting themselves. They will say the Bible supports healing—but as soon as you begin to explore how it might actually happen, they object. They treat it as if it is magic. And that is the issue: Christians who are not really tuned in tend to think, “Well, God just heals. It just happens.”

They are quite happy with the idea that it happens as if by magic, but as soon as you begin to explain the science—or the spiritual mechanics—they say, “Oh no, that is not faith. You should not be trying to work out how it happens.” But God did show us how it happens.

2. The Conflict with Traditional Beliefs

God literally showed me how to generate anointing. We had been dependent on the Holy Spirit giving us a gift of healing—then we would lay hands on people, and sometimes they would feel heat in our hands, tingling energy, or even be overwhelmed and fall to the floor. There was always something tangible taking place.

Then God said to me, “I want you to focus on what I said you could do—lay hands on the sick and see them recover.” So I began to focus my intention, agreeing with what God said, and releasing that intention through my hands.

3. Understanding Spiritual Healing

What I was doing was channelling the energy flowing from the Spirit within me—rivers of living water, as Jesus described—out of my innermost being and into others. Now, the moment you use the word channelling, people react. “You cannot use that word!” they say. But it simply means something is flowing from within me to someone else.

That is all that happens when anyone lays hands on another person. Energy is flowing. But people do not like the terminology, so they reject the whole idea. That is a huge barrier. But God showed me that my intention, focused in agreement with His word, could direct that energy through my hand and into someone’s body.

4. Personal Insights on Anointing

Back in the 1940s and 50s, healing revivalist William Branham would place his hand on someone and feel vibrational energy. He could then name the disease they had without being told. He said an angel had taught him how to do it. There is even a famous photo of him with a visible halo of light over his head, taken long before the days of Photoshop—people could not explain it.

He had learned how to tune into something God was using to administer healing. I am not saying everyone has to do this the same way—but we can learn to tune into frequencies.

5. The Role of Intention in Healing

For example, you can use crystal bowls to create a sound bath. You place the bowls around a person and play them. The sound surrounds them—immerses them in a frequency. You can release intention into that frequency. You can also place the bowls on the body—on the chest or in the hand—and when played, you can feel the energy resonate through you.

There was one large bowl, probably two and a half feet across, that you could stand in. When played, your whole body vibrated. It was powerful. I had a sound bath in Phoenix, Arizona. The man used crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls—he placed them on my back and legs.

6. Challenging the Terminology

The moment he started playing them, I went straight into a deep encounter with God. It was instant. I became aware of all sorts of things happening—at a deep spiritual level. God spoke to me in that space. Afterwards, I asked the man what he had seen and felt. What he shared was exactly what I had experienced too.

It was a very positive encounter. The man is a Christian and uses this practice to help people—often to set them free or bring healing, especially those who feel oppressed or depressed. It surrounds them with peace—cocoons them in sound and intention. That atmosphere of peace can bring real relief and restoration.

There is much God is revealing about frequency and intention. It is not about new age—it is about rediscovering how creation itself was designed to work.

453. Faith Over Facts | How to Trust God in Difficult Situations

Mike Parsons

If you do not see the Faith over Facts video above, please click here.

1. Keep Trusting, Not Striving

When things do not change or improve, continue to put your trust in God. Keep seeking Him for guidance about what to do—do not try to fix it yourself. If you have gone to the courts of heaven and received a verdict, then applying that verdict is key. The key is to live according to the verdict, rather than the facts you are trying to change.

A big part of the problem is that, when we want change, we tend to focus on the situation. That just increases our focus on the problem, which makes us feel worse about it. Instead, we need to shift our attention to the solution—and the solution is always God. Keep your eyes fixed on Him. He is the author and finisher of our faith. Look to the hills—where does your help come from? That is the right place, so keep looking there. Do not allow the situation you are facing to change where you are looking.

2. Living in the Good of the Verdict

Jesus called Peter to step out of the boat. While Peter kept his eyes on Jesus, he walked on the water. But when he looked at the wind and waves, he began to sink. The key is to stay focused on the right position—in Him.

When you have done a court case and received a verdict, live in the good of that verdict. As Jesus said in Mark 11: “Pray, believe that you have received, and you will receive.” That means living in the reality that you went to the right place, received the right verdict, and now you are choosing to live in it—even while the verdict is still being outworked.

That verdict brings you to a place of contentment and trust in God’s provision. Do not let symptoms or circumstances affect how you feel. Instead, focus on the verdict. Apply it. Live according to it—even if the situation has not changed. That enables you to live in joy and peace in the midst of the storm, rather than just waiting for the storm to disappear. And eventually, the storm will pass, if you stay focused on the One who calms storms—Jesus. Focus on the verdict, not on the problem.

3. The Source of Healing and Wholeness

This principle applies especially to healing. Healing is a classic case where we often focus on symptoms. If you are constantly trying to fix the symptom, then you are constantly looking at the symptom, which can leave you feeling worse. Instead, look to the Healer. Look to the provision of God in Jesus—for your health and wholeness. Go to the healer, and the healing will come.

Back in the 1990s, I experienced this personally. I believed in healing, but although I had been healed many times, I was not healed of one condition—Meniere’s disease, which gave me repeated vertigo attacks. It was quite debilitating, and I needed medication, which came with unpleasant side effects. I tried everything: I had people pray for me, I prayed for myself, I did everything I knew to do. I still was not healed—at least not in terms of symptoms. But I had been healed; I just had not received the removal of the symptoms.

I used to think, “Well, healing is in God’s kingdom—maybe if God wills, His healing will be outworked in this situation.” But I came to see that healing is my inheritance. I went back to every Bible verse I could find on healing, wholeness and health, and I came to this conclusion: Jesus died not only to restore my lost identity, but also to remove the outworking of that lost identity—including sickness. God is my healer, and health is the inheritance He intends me to live in.

4. Receiving and Responding to Life

I put my trust in that truth and rejoiced in it—even while still on medication—until God told me to stop. When He did, I threw the tablets away, never had another attack, and have lived in health ever since. My trust is in Him who brings me health and wholeness—He is the source of life, and that life is in me.

Jesus said, “Whoever drinks of this water will never thirst again. That water will become in you a fountain of living water, eternal life.” So we drink from the source within, not from something external. We focus on that source of life already in us, bringing change to our entire being.

When it comes to changing our DNA, there may be things inherited from our parents or altered genetically. But again, the life is in me. One way I symbolically focus on partaking of that life is through communion. In the Engaging God programme and other places, I have spoken about declarations I made while taking communion—declarations about the transformation of my DNA and the removal of anything within the fabric of my being that was not aligned with God’s perfect desire for me: to live in health and ultimately to walk in immortality.

So I took communion daily, receiving life, drawing on the life already in me. The symbols—eating His flesh and drinking His blood—point to receiving His life, so that I will not have to die. Sickness is part of death, so as I participate in life, sickness ends, and I live in health and wholeness.

Over time, I began to live in a state of communion, where every breath I take is life. That was a process I have shared elsewhere. But I encourage you: rest and relax in His goodness, His grace, His mercy, and His unconditional love for you.

Do not strive—just trust. Come to a place of rest where you trust in His goodness. Do only what He shows you to do. If He does not show you anything, then just keep trusting in His provision to change the situation. Apply the verdict every day. Live in the good of the verdict—that you are free from whatever situation it is.

445. Walking In The Spirit: A Journey Into Heavenly Realms

Mike Parsons

Walking in the Spirit (Condensed summary)

Walking in the Spirit is not just being guided by the Holy Spirit or having spiritual moments. It is about living from the spiritual realm, with our spirit active in heaven even as we are present on earth. John’s vision in Revelation was not metaphorical; he really entered a different dimension. It is to live in oneness—spirit, soul and body aligned and flowing with God.

Galatians 5 is about maturity, not inner conflict. The ‘flesh’ is not our body, but our soul acting in independence. As we surrender and align with God’s Spirit, love, joy and peace naturally flow. This comes about through relationship and union—not effort or rules.

Union with Christ means our soul letting go of that independence. It is not denying ourselves in a negative sense, but surrendering our need for control. Real change comes from trusting in how God sees us and allowing Him to reshape our thinking (that is real metanoia or ‘repentance’). Surrender is not a one-off event: the more we get to know Him, the more we are called to let go and trust.

My own deeper surrender came in 2011-12, when I finally gave up the need to understand everything and simply trusted God. That changed everything, and I became whole in a way I had never known before.

Immortality

As for immortality—I have friends who have died despite believing in it. I do not pretend to know why. But I still trust God’s goodness. Their deaths have not shaken my faith, because immortality is not just a question of belief but of living in divine life now, not pushing it into the future.

A diagnosis of Ménière’s disease (vertigo, deafness and medication with grim side effects) forced me to go deeper with God. I came to realise healing was in the atonement. That led first to healing, then living in health, and eventually a shift towards living from immortality—Jesus’ life sustaining mine through communion (as a way of being, not a ritual). Communion is living in constant co-union.

This is not just theory for me—it is my lived experience. It has taken decades to grasp, and is still unfolding. Not everyone will get it straight away, but I hope it will not take too long. The restoration of all things is ongoing: let us keep trusting in God’s life and goodness.

Video summary

God lives within us, and in our spirit, soul and body are gateways for his presence to flow into creation. To release this flow, we have to cleanse these gateways—spiritually, emotionally and physically—and communion is one means of transformation so that we reflect God’s image. Transformation involves renewing our minds and aligning with our eternal identity, not the world’s patterns. This includes spiritual, soul and even DNA-level change.

I engage the record containing the light, sound and frequency of God’s image for transfiguration

We are heirs with Christ, destined for glory now, not just after death. As we embrace sonship, creation will be set free. Our glorified identity raises the frequency of all things, restoring creation to God’s design.

Through Jesus’ body and blood, we reconnect with our eternal design encoded in our DNA. This process requires intention and participation: change comes when we apply the truth of who we really are.

I embrace the record of the dimensions of the kingdom released in my body by the DNA of God

I embrace the DNA of God within me, and release the dimensions of His kingdom into my body. At first I did not understand what this meant, but by pursuing it, I came to know. I apply this DNA record to my bones to bring health, remove inherited negative patterns and activate transformation.

The kingdom has many dimensions—spiritual, physical, heavenly, governmental—and we access them by knowing who we are as sons. These are realms of God’s rule, where His peace and wholeness are manifested. Jesus demonstrated this authority and gave it to us: we are to walk in it, as kings, lords and sons, governing from heaven into earth.

We can learn how these realms function, from Zechariah’s invitation to rule over the courts of heaven to the ‘ancient path’ and even Metatron’s cube. These are not abstract—they are real heavenly places of encounter and administration. We are called to access them, align history with eternity and rule on our mountains.

I engage that DNA record and apply it to my bones for health and wholeness to remove all negative epigenetic hereditary switches

Transformation involves our DNA. The light strand, lost ‘in the fall, is being restored in us. Bones and marrow are central to this, holding life and health. God’s word (Jesus) discerns and divides even to the marrow, reactivating what was dormant in our DNA.

Natural DNA is intricate and powerful, but corrupted by the fall. Only 3% appears to be active—97% holds untapped potential. Scientists once called it junk, but now realise it is not: light, spirit and information flow through it. DNA is a living book written with God’s design. Our blood, even our cells, carry the memory and frequency of light, into which we are being re-encoded for wholeness and immortality.

Russian scientists found that the so-called ‘junk’ DNA carries language-like structures that can be reprogrammed using sound, frequency and words. Unlike the Western approach to  gene splicing, they used light and frequency to heal and resequence DNA. Our DNA responds to faith-filled words and thoughts, especially during communion, aligning with divine frequencies to bring transformation.

DNA contains switches triggered by environment, trauma or belief—activating inherited conditions or shutting them down. These epigenetic markers can form or shift within a generation and be passed on. Scientific research confirms that memory, trauma and behaviour can be encoded in DNA. Words, environment and belief can influence genetic expression, in some cases more than the DNA sequence itself.

I speak to my marrow and command it to be a new source of blood that will transform the DNA of my cells so that I can be transfigured and live forever

Transformation begins in the marrow—the source of blood. As in Ezekiel’s vision of an army of bones, our bones can respond to prophetic breath. When we speak God’s truth into our marrow, our DNA is re-coded to reflect His image. Our bodies regenerate millions of cells daily, so if we change the source of what is encoded—aligning with eternal truth—we can shift our entire being from one degree of glory to another, becoming transfigured in the image of Christ.

We can apply the truth of our eternal identity, carried in Jesus’ body and blood, to our DNA. Just as a bone marrow transplant changes blood DNA, communion can spiritually reprogram our marrow, producing new blood aligned with God’s truth. That blood flows through the heart, which is central to transformation. Our marrow creates billions of new cells daily. If programmed by truth, this affects the entire body.

Communion is not just symbolic—it is a faith-filled act. As we eat and drink, we speak life, reprogram hereditary and epigenetic patterns, and align with God’s image. Breath, spirit, blood and heart work together. God’s light and life flow through us like a circulation system—physically and spiritually—carrying transformation. Meditating on truth and speaking it with faith activates this. Transformation happens as we consciously engage: we apply divine DNA, overwriting all negative patterns, so that we become radiant sons of God.

433. Transform Your Life | Focus Your Energy

Mike Parsons

Not seeing the video above? Click here.

It’s helpful to know how to do something—until it becomes so ingrained that it functions instinctively, programmed into our unconscious. I no longer have to consciously think every day about how to focus energy into the seven energy gates. I am that now. It’s moved beyond a linear practice—it’s become my entire model of thinking.

But to reach that point, I had to go through the process. I had to intentionally practise it daily. I would focus the rivers of living water into the Merkabah at the core of my being. I energised that with the life of immortality, and then directed that energy to flow through the gates within my physical body. That process empowered me for everything I needed to do—and yes, even to keep myself alive through the flow of immortal life. I  can choose to focus that energy.

It’s a journey of learning, of growth and maturity. Eventually, it becomes who you are. It stops being a conscious act and becomes a state of being. Just as we don’t need to remind ourselves to breathe or to keep our hearts beating, once this kind of energy flow is fully established, it moves into the unconscious realm. It’s built into us. It simply flows.

In the same way we’re not constantly thinking, “Better breathe… better pump blood…”—we can be reprogrammed with the energy of life until it becomes automatic. Immortality can become who we are. But this requires intention. Most people aren’t disciplined enough to focus in that way. They hope immortality will just happen. But we have to choose to live from that reality. We have to embrace the I AM—the source of immortal life.

Jesus said that if we drink from the springs of living water, we will live forever. But you have to drink. It’s a choice. It’s not some mythical fountain of youth, or a secret serum. The source is not external—it’s the Spirit, it’s life, and it’s already within. That well is bubbling up inside us, and it will never run dry.

Jesus told the woman at the well, “If you drink from this, you will never be thirsty again.” That’s the key—drawing from the right source. When that becomes your only source, your life changes. You don’t eat to survive—you eat to fellowship, to enjoy. You’re living from a completely different perspective.

And I truly believe that’s God’s intention: that we all come into this state of being—dwelling in it, living in it. A state that frees us from the limitations of the world around us. Living from an immortal state means I’m not bound by the laws and conditions of a world still in the process of restoration. I’m choosing not to live connected to death.

Even though people around us are dying—and just yesterday, a close friend of mine passed away—I know where he is now. He’s in a better place, but I don’t believe it was God’s ultimate intention for him to die. Still, everyone has to find their own place of understanding and reality. Over the last couple of years, I’ve known people who believed in immortality, yet they still died. Does that shake my belief? No. I won’t let it stop me living in the truth of immortality. But I do grieve with those left behind. It’s tragic, heartbreaking, and I feel deep sorrow for those now facing that loss.

But just because things haven’t fully manifested yet doesn’t make the truth any less real. God’s desire is to restore immortality to all of us.

Please help us by liking, sharing, commenting and subscribing – it really does make a difference!
